Te Nehenehenui is pleased to announce the inaugural huritau (anniversary) of Te Rangiwaituhi.

This is a two-day event for our whānau and people within Te Nehenehenui to gather in commemoration of Te Rangiwaituhi and to celebrate our achievements which will be highlighted at the Kawenata Awards. Thank you to everyone who submitted their nominations.
On Sunday the 4th of December 2022, iwi members convened at Te Kūiti Pā, to witness and receive a Crown apology signaling an end to the 30 year negotiation journey.
