Te Rangiwaituhi

On Sunday the 4th of December 2022, Iwi members from Te Nehenehenui convened at Te Kūiti Pā,
to witness and receive an apology from Prime Minister, Jacinda Adern, signaling an end to the 30 year negotiation journey. 

The momentous occasion was livestreamed to the Te Nehenehenui Facebook page for all those unable to join us in person. 

This day marks the beginning of a new relationship.
