Te Nehenehenui Trust Deed Review is a multi-phase process designed to ensure iwi members have meaningful opportunities to contribute their whakaaro.

The review will take place across three phases:

🔹 Phase 1 (May – July 2026): Representation Model Review
🔹 Phase 2 (July – August 2026): Review of the rest of the Trust Deed
🔹 Phase 3 (September – November 2026): Proposed Trust Deed Changes
