Work onsite at Te Kirikiri is well underway with our civil contractor, Schick Civil Construction preparing the site, turning the uneven landscape into flattened terrain, ready for the next stage when our house builders, Sentinel Homes, step in.
Schick has also been installing the basic infrastructure for the wastewater and utility networks prior to the above-surface works starting.

By the beginning of August, we expect for our build partners, Sentinel Homes, to begin the Vertical construction phase of the development marking the start of the houses being built!
Landscape design is currently underway with Stage 1 Vertical construction scheduled to commence in August, while Stage 2 is expected to commence within the following month.
Matākumea subcontractors operating in this field will be invited by our build partners to participate in a closed tender process in July, so keep an eye out for more updates on this!

With the civil works stage of our Te Kirikiri Development nearing completion, Sentinel Homes, our build partner, is reaching out to our Matakūmea list subcontractors regarding the next stage in the development.
Thank you to the Matakūmea business that have been involved so far and attending the trade partners sessions. For any other trades businesses or contractors that are interested, join Matakūmea to receive invites to these sessions, information from Sentinel, and future opportunities across TNN projects.
