Te Nehenehenui in partnership with The University of Waikato have an exciting opportunity for tribal members to participate in 2 Summer Research opportunities in the Science and Health sector!
Even if you have no prior research experience, the Maniapoto summer research scholarships are a great way to gain hand-on experience.
You will get the opportunity to learn about molecular biology techniques, biotechnology/agritechnology, bacterial cell culture and so much more!
Scholarships include:
- $8000 stipend
- $2500 additional accommodation supplement
- One university paper of up to 15 pts to contribute towards your degree
